HSE management in your projects

Do you want to be sure of safe and healthy working conditions during a shutdown, turnaround, demolition, renovation, new construction, asbestos or environmental project? SGS Search ensures that all employees go home safe and sound at the end of the day. Already during the preliminary phase of the project, we concretely build a safe foundation.

There is no getting away from the fact that safety is by far the most important component of all projects. Our experienced safety experts and project managers do not lose sight of safety and health for a second. We ensure that safety is the guiding principle during the preparation, the project itself and during the aftercare.

 HSE in uw project

Feeling safe already

As early as the design phase, you are given confidence that your project will proceed safely. Among other things, we draw up the HSE documents, arrange for the implementation of the HSE policy, ensure that there is sufficient qualified staff and check the safety plans of contractors. Where necessary, we organise safety training courses. In short: before the project starts, you have all the papers in order and the risks are inventoried in, for example, a H&S plan or a risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E).

Structure = safety

Then the project itself. You have an experienced HSE manager as your contact who communicates about the key points during the project. Count on a structured approach from an independent safety expert. This starts with a kick-off meeting and/or gate instructions. It also includes HSE discussions, goal-oriented toolboxes, implementing, handling and checking work permit systems, supervising and coaching your staff and contractors on how to work safely, conducting safety rounds and carrying out H&S audits. This applies not only to industrial projects, but also to construction and other projects.

Aftercare as safe preparation

The aftercare of a project is the safest input for your next project. During the aftercare, we evaluate the project and share the lessons learned for future projects.
