BREEAM assessment

Legislation concerning ESG parameters is in a state of continuous development, and an increasing number of real estate investors are scrutinizing the ESG performance of buildings or portfolios during purchase and sale transactions. The demand for an objective measurement tool to evaluate these performances is substantial, and BREEAM provides the solution to this need.
BREEAM, for the Netherlands BREEAM-NL, is a sustainability assessment method for measuring and evaluating the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of buildings, areas, and demolition projects. A BREEAM assessment provides insight into a wide range of sustainability themes. This includes not only environmental performance, but also social impact, social responsibility, and good governance.
What do we do?
You can opt for a BREEAM assessment with the aim of achieving a BREEAM certification. As BREEAM-experts, we guide you through the process of collecting the necessary information and advise you on improvements to be made. Additionally, we can conduct a BREEAM pre-assessment to give you an indication of the sustainability score of your real estate.
The outcome
After validation bij an independent BREEAM assessor and the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC), you will receive the BREEAM-NL in Use certificate.
