How is a building material inventory conducted?
When conducting a building material inventory, we typically follow these five steps:
1. Depending on your requirements, we determine the level of insight you need into your building.
2. We create an extract based on available drawings and information.
3. We conduct a comprehensive inspection to meticulously document all (relevant) building elements and building-related installations according to the NL/SfB classification.
4. During inspection, we also check for the presence of hazardous substances, such as asbestos and chromium 6, to prevent their inclusion in the circular chain.
5. We compile the results into a report, enabling various analyses. You will receive a detailed report.
What can you do with a building material inventory?
A building material inventory provides insight into the disassemble and reusable elements of your building(s). Additionally, we map the composition of the building at the material level and, if desired, estimate the value of these materials.
