Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E)
A safe and healthy workplace begins with a Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E). An RI&E, required for every company, identifies all occupational risks within a company or project, including machinery, hazardous substances, fire safety, and even screen work. Based on this RI&E, we develop an action plan to minimize and prevent health issues and accidents as much as possible. This is the Safety and Health Plan, also known as the V&G Plan in The Netherlands. We ensure that your RI&E is fully compliant.
Developing a demolition safety plan
Like a demolition notification, a detailed demolition safety plan is required if you have demolition plans. This plan describes in detail how and when the demolition will take place, whether it will cause disruption, what safety measures have been implemented, and how communication with building users and neighbors will be managed. The plan should also address other demolition-related activities, such as asbestos removal and any new construction. V&G Plan and V&G Audit
A V&G Plan (Safety and Health Plan) must be present at every site. It outlines how all contractors will collaborate and what safety measures have been implemented for the protection of workers. To ensure that your V&G Plan and associated RI&E meet all legal requirements, our V&G coordinator will conduct a V&G audit.
